The fine people at Hosting Matters appear to have successfully migrated us to a new server, for which many thanks. The only immediately-evident ill effect is that we seem to have lost a few new comments. If you posted in the last hour or two and your comment has vanished, please repost. If you responded to a post that now seems not to be there, please recontextualize. Yes, it does occur to us that this is an opportunity for creative retconning. Wail with it.
Hosting Matters rocks. Glad to see you're bunking with my favorite crew.
Abi... And we hope you are feeling better, and that your dreams aren't so fevered anymore.
This is wonderful. It means I've been a commenter from day one.
Ooh. Look at the shiny retconning.

For some reason every ad in the sidebar of this comment thread is about making or about light.
Not technically anAftermath comment, but you might want to update the "Globally Useful" link to Neil Gaiman's blog: It's "http://journal.neilgaiman.com," now.
Now, ML's old link to Neil's journal (http://www.neilgaiman.com/journal/journal.asp) works by being directed to the new, slightly changed URL (http://www.journal.neilgaiman.com). It didn't do that this morning.
Is anyone else currently having problems accessing Livejournal? I can get the general news page, and the site recognises who I am, but so far I haven't been able to open any other page, with either Mozilla or Opera.
Comments containing more than seven URLs will be held for approval. If you want to comment on a thread that's been closed, please post to the most recent "Open Thread" discussion.
You can subscribe (via RSS) to this particular comment thread. (If this option is baffling, here's a quick introduction.)
