Cunnilingus in North Korea

This is a multimedia presentation, animated words plus backing music. It’s supposedly an official proclamation. Maybe it is; maybe it’s a spoof. North Korea has a truly weird government.

I got it from John Adams, who says it’s the strangest thing he’s seen all week. I’m still trying to figure out whether I agree.
