  1. 2.  Joel Maddiver (son of Michael Maddiver and Judith); died on 10 Aug 1703 in Purpooduck, Cumberland, Maine.

    Notes:

    He was killed when the town of Purpooduck (now Cape Elizabeth, just south of Portland) was destroyed in Queen Anne's War. His wife Rebecca was taken captive.
