• Notes

  Her parentage is unknown. She was not the daughter of of Matthew/Macuth/Macaeth Pratt, as claimed by Joseph W. Porter in 1892. [NEHGR 46, p. 187.] Nor was she the daughter Sarah of Macuth's son Thomas Pratt who d. 1676. The latter Sarah was described by contemporaries as mentally and physically incompetent, and never married.
