  According to Cyrus Parkinson Beatty Sarchet's History of Guernsey County, Ohio, "Thomas Moore never came to this county [Guernsey County, Ohio] to live but he and his wife went to Missouri, and there spent their days." That would have to be Thomas Moore's second wife, Sarah Doran, daughter of Alexander Doran. The identity of his first wife is unknown.
