  Notwithstanding what it says on his Find a Grave page, absent further evidence we don't believe his middle name was Beeson. Beeson appears to have been his mother's maiden name. But middle names came into fashion in the US 30 or 40 years after the birth of Peter Babb. They are rare before that.
