  George Walter Chamberlain (citation details below) calls her "probably" the Ruth who was a daughter of Samuel Low and Elizabeth Lane, born at Hingham 13 Mar 1716. She evidently died young, as Benjamin Hollis married as his second wife, 2 Mar 1749 at Weymouth, Ruth Vinson, a daughter of John Vinson and Sarah Kingman.
