• Notes

  His will gives his daughter "Dabora Nickolson" fifty acres of land. Ellen Goode Winslow (citation details below) makes him a son of his father's first wife, Hannah Redknap, but given that he married in 1707, it would seem more likely that his mother was his father's second wife, Ann Atwood, who his father married in 1680.
