  She was the second wife of Alexander Lovell, and should not be confused with his first wife, Lydia Albee, who married Alexander in Medfield on 30 Oct 1658 and died there on 1 Mar 1661. The birth surname and origins of this Lydia, Alexander's second wife, are unknown. Her and Alexander's first child, a Lydia who lived only eight days, was born 27 Apr 1664, so they were probably married in 1663 or thereabouts.
