Notes - He and his wife Agnes arrived on the Mayflower with two children that William Bradford called their "cousins", Henry Sampson and Humility Cooper. (In fact, in modern terms, they were Agnes's nephew and neice.) Edward and Agnes died in the first winter, leaving no children. Humility was sent back to England where she died some time later, but Henry Sampson stayed in Plymouth and had children.
