  Identical twin of Sarah Parker. "Rutha died young, about 1895, or possibly earlier, whereupon her identical twin, Sarah, came to stay with the children for a while. Nancy Jonckheere says that the children were very distraught when Sarah left, because it was like losing their mother again." [Parker's Genealogy & History Establishment] In fact Rutha has to have been dead before 4 May 1890, when Jasper Newton White married his third wife, Mary Ann Freeman.
