Notes - He was a sailor on the Moone, a trading vessel owned by the East India company. He executed his will on 23 Dec 1618. As Russell C. Farnham points out, the Moone is recorded as having landed at Bantam, Java in November 1618, so Henry Farnham either executed his will there or on the return voyage. It seems likely that he executed his will because he was sick or injured; given the length of time it would have taken for news of his death to reach England, it also seems likely that he died well before 18 Feb 1620 when his will was proved by his widow Mary.
