    Comte de Melgueil. In 1132 he abandoned the world and entered the abbey of St. Chaffre-en-Velai.

    According to Histoire Générale de Languedoc (citation details below) he made his will in 1152, being in bed sick, in the presence of his grandmother Almodis de Toulouse, who died in the same year.

    Count of Provence and Mauguion. Genealogics (citation details below) notes that he was murdered, but gives no further details. Wikipedia (which calls him "Ramon Berenguer II") says only that he died trying to take Nice in the war against Genoa.
