I’ve done an extensive update on A Day for Fine Notions.
Looks like this compilation affected your search results
You have a bad link to the Heidi MacDonald webzine "The Beat" in the updated Michael Pullman item. (I went there on my own, and discovered that she's not concerned about D.C. messing with Keith Giffen, because she never reads him, anyway. Oh well ....)

Wow, adding a hyphen really can change someone.
What?! Okay, Kevin, what is that?
Lenny: If she doesn't read or care about Giffen, why should I bother to fix the link? And while we're on the subject, what is DC doing to him?
Teresa, I'm guessing you didn't check the URLs on those results.
Aquila's right about the hyphen, of course...
Teresa:
No reason to fix the link, other than neatness. DC's not firing Giffen and DeMatteis, or anything -- just taking some of their best characters away in a kind of heavy-handed way. See here for a spoiler-guarded comment, and here for a non-guarded one.

Got me.

In re: "Countdown to Infinite Crisis" and Keith Giffen, Avedon has turned up an interview with Giffen on the subject. Giffen says that what DC's done doesn't bother him much, although he wouldn't have done it, that way, himself. (The interview has spoilers, so you may want to read the comic book, first, before going there.)
MSN did a rather thorough spoof generator, wiith lots of stories, and configurable checkboxes; I'm sure someone who knows you better could have tuned it more closely.
Hmmm... Great interview...I think that I actually learned something today. Thanks for the link Lenny.
