Notes - The anonymous author of the web page Descendants of Thomas Smith points out that, contrary to many online sources, Hannah Smith Knapp didn't die in June 1685. She is mentioned in her father's will, drawn up 4 Jul 1687, but not in the will of her second husband, Thomas Lawrence, dated 26 Jul 1691 [Nicholas Knapp Genealogy], and therefore presumably died sometime between those dates.
