Notes - "The will of her brother John, datwed 3 Oct 1683, calls her dec'd. On 14 Nov 1685, Robert and Susanna Latham acknowledged a deed. It is hard to imagine that her own brother could be mistaken about whether or not she was alive, but either he was mistaken or Robert remarried to another Susanna and it was he and his second wife who acknowledged the 1685 deed."
