• Notes

  He worked for the Glenmore Distilling Company. His obituary in the Messsenger-Inquirer says that he was survived by his wife "Mrs. Flora M. Newton." That obituary gives his street address at death as 1679 Glendale Avenue in Owensboro. The death certificate of Flora M. Gephardt, widow, who died 21 Mar 1960 in Owensboro, shows her living at that same address.
