  King's serjeant-at-law. Deputy justice of Cheshire and Flintshire. Contrary to various online pedigrees, it was this William's son William, not he, who married Margaret, daughter of Sir Richard Molyneux. Ormerod's pedigree for Bulkeley of Eaton and Alstanton (III:269) makes this William a possible but unconfirmed son of another William de Bulkyley of "Eyton," son of John de Bulkylegh "of Ayton...a minor, 47 Edw. 3" and his wife Matild.
