    • Also called Hedwige; Hedwig of Flanders.

      Both Ancestral Roots and Leo van de Pas (the latter citing Europäische Stammtafeln VI: 129) have this Hedwig as a daughter of Albert I, Count of Namur, but we're going to go out on a limb and side with a bunch of unsourced internet sites (and her husband's unsourced Wikipedia page) and guess on chronological grounds that she makes much more sense as a daughter of Albert I's son Albert II. Live dangerously!
