    • Her maiden name may well have been Hayne; she was certainly related somehow to the Walter Hayne (Haynes, Hayme, etc) who emigrated on the same ship and at the same time as the Goodenow family, and who was an 11X-great grandfather of TNH. Douglas Richardson lays out the evidence in his 1985 article "The Goodenow-Haynes Connection," citation details below.
