  • Notes
    • His IPM (16 Sep 1628) says that he died 6 Nov 1626 in London, but his will contains a codicil made by him the next day, 7 Nov 1626. The IPM's date being incorrect, the place may be wrong as well. The baptismal record for his daughter Martha, 17 Dec 1626, refers to him as deceased, so he must have died between 7 Nov and that date.
