In part 1 of his 2022/2023 article (citation details below), Terry Booth calls him Robert, not John, but the preponderance of evidence cited in Richardson's 2021 post to SGM suggests that this was an error. And in fact this is silently corrected in part 2 of Booth's aforementioned article.
